Level 1 Nutrition Coaching

Are you interested in losing weight, increasing your physical fitness, and enhancing your general health and well-being? It’s difficult when there’s so much information out there, much of it confusing or even contradictory.  How do you know what’s right? And what’s right for you? If you’re looking for a guide to help you navigate your health and fitness journey, my Level 1 Nutrition Coaching plan is for you!

First, I’ll complete a comprehensive evaluation of your current diet and fitness regimen. Working together, we’ll set practical, attainable fitness and nutrition goals. Next, we’ll determine the best course of action for you to take to meet those goals. All along the way, I’ll be there to provide accountability and support.

We’ll capitalize on your strengths and develop ways to conquer your weaknesses. We all have struggles. Do you stay on track all week but fall apart on the weekend? Maybe you find it difficult to sustain your motivation to work out. Perhaps you overeat when you’re stressed or bored or in social settings? I can help!

Level 1 nutrition coaching includes:

  • Assistance in setting practical, obtainable health and fitness goals
  • Evaluation of current diet and recommendations designed to meet stated goals
  • Guidance in exercise programming
  • Help with meal planning, including grocery lists, recipes, and guidelines for dining out
  • Biweekly check-ins with review of progress pictures and diet adjustments as necessary
  • Unlimited email interaction ~ I believe good communication is critical to a successful coaching relationship!

Level 1 Maintenance Nutrition Coaching

After your initial month in the Level 1 Nutrition Coaching program, you have the option to continue on with Level 1 Maintenance Coaching.

This is an extension of the Level 1 coaching package, and includes the same benefits at a discounted rate.

Level 1 Maintenance Coaching will help you stay on track and motivated to achieve your long-term health and fitness goals!

 

Level 2 Nutrition Coaching

Have you been training for a while but still not seeing the results you’d like to see in your physique? Maybe you’d just like to take your fitness and nutrition to the next level. The Level 2 Nutrition Coaching package is appropriate for seasoned athletes and those wishing to have specific programming for meal planning. I conduct tailored, hands-on coaching featuring accountability and support.

Level 2 nutrition coaching is a structured, goal-oriented approach. As your coach, I will provide:

  • Complete diet evaluation and assessment
  • Individualized daily meal plans with grocery lists, recipes, and guidelines for dining out
  • Guidance in exercise programming
  • Weekly check-ins with review of progress pictures and diet adjustments as necessary
  • Unlimited email interaction ~ I believe good communication is critical to a successful coaching relationship!

 

Level 2 Maintenance Nutrition Coaching

Maintenance Coaching is an extension of the Level 2 Nutrition Coaching Package, designed to continue the momentum you achieved in your initial month of coaching at a discounted rate. Maintenance includes the same benefits at a discounted rate.
