I offer personal training (in-person in Las Vegas and online) and nutrition coaching with an emphasis on client support and engagement. I believe effective coaching is, by necessity, personal, specific to each client, and built on a foundation of communication.
I understand that everyone has a unique goal. Perhaps that’s losing weight, be it that last stubborn 10 pounds or much more; improving fitness and health in general; or refining nutrition toward specific athletic goals and enhanced performance.
I provide accountability and support in-person and through interaction via text and email.
