No gym membership? No worries! Workouts are specifically programmed to accommodate your needs and preferences–whether you work out in a gym/training facility or at home is up to you.
Exercises are clearly illustrated and easy to follow, and each workout is tailored to the equipment you have at your disposal (or bodyweight only, as preferred).
